Andy oakley
Director
Andy is our Operations and Training Director. Starting as an apprentice engineer, in 1998, Andy attended Tile Hill College, in Coventry, which at the time, was the countries leading PSV training college. Over the years, Andy has worked mainly on buses, but also worked within the HGV/LGV industries also. More recently he began teaching motorvehicle studies, in colleges based in Northern England. Andy has the knowledge and passion, to help drive the training and upskilling of our future Engineers.
vince thompson
Director
Vince is our Technical and Engineering Manager. Similar to his counterpart, Vince attended Tile Hill College, at the same time as Andy. This is where their friendship developed, leading upto now, where Vince and Andy are now able to pass on their knowledge, to Engineers and apprentices. Since college, Vince has built up a very respectable PSV repair company, based in
Durham, which is where OakleyThompson are also based, allowing the training to take place in a 'live' environment. Vince also has the drive and passion, to bring the best possible training to industry.
